When analytics is configured, WyoHub uses Google Analytics 4 for basic traffic measurement on every visit. This helps us understand whether the Service is being used, which pages are useful, how visitors reach WyoHub, and how long pages remain engaged. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies for this measurement. Basic measurements may include:

• Page information: The page path and title; WyoHub does not intentionally include URL query strings in analytics page views
• Traffic and engagement: Session activity, referral source, page transitions, and engagement time

If you allow additional interaction analytics, WyoHub also sends selected events about how you use its tools, including:

• Calculator usage: Which calculators you use, but not the values you enter
• Map and filter actions: How visitors use resource discovery controls

Our limits: We do not intentionally send contact-form contents or calculator input values to Google Analytics. Google Signals, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics data is still transmitted to Google and is not anonymous.

1.2 Voluntary Email and Contact Information Submissions

Information you choose to provide directly may include:

• Contact information (name, email, phone, company details) when you submit a contact form or inquiry
• Any message or business details you include in the inquiry

Providing this information is optional. You can browse WyoHub, use its calculators, and follow resource links without submitting a contact form.

Contact-form delivery:Submissions are sent through our email service provider to WyoHub. If your request asks to be connected with a named organization, WyoHub may forward the information you supplied to that organization. Copies may remain in WyoHub's, the recipient's, and the email provider's systems until they are deleted under the applicable retention practices.

Your in-product choice controls additional WyoHub interaction events, not basic traffic measurement.

Types of cookies we use:

• Preference cookie: hub_privacy_consent remembers whether you allowed additional interaction analytics for up to 180 days. It is not used for advertising.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics may set _ga and a property-specific_ga_* cookie for basic measurement. Google documents a default expiration of up to two years, which may be refreshed when you revisit the Service.

You can allow or disable additional interaction analytics at any time through the Privacy choices control in our footer. You can delete or block all cookies, including basic analytics cookies, through your browser settings or privacy tools.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Analytics data:Google Analytics retention depends on the data type, the property configuration, and Google's own retention rules. Aggregate reports may remain available longer than user-level or event-level records. Contact us if you want information about the setting currently applied to WyoHub's analytics property.

Contact submissions: We keep inquiry emails only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion by contacting christian@wyohub.com; some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With providers that support hosting, email delivery, mapping, security, and analytics. They receive the information needed to provide those services

• Data access: Ask what information we maintain about you and request correction or deletion where applicable

Additional analytics choice: Selecting basic analytics only stops optional WyoHub interaction events. Standard page, traffic, session, device, referral, and engagement measurement continues. Previously processed analytics records may remain until their applicable retention period expires.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at christian@wyohub.com.
